PRESS RELEASE: Totteridge Developer Completes Acquisition of Single-Family Golf Homesites

Greensburg, PA – Pristine Ground Company, a privately held Pittsburgh-based real estate investment company, today announced the acquisition of 16 additional single-family homesites in the Totteridge Golf Course & Residential Community. The acquisition includes approximately 11 acres, complete with utilities.

The lots are all part of the single-family homeowner association called the Village of Banbury at Totteridge.
The Company is closely affiliated with Totteridge Properties LLC, the current owner of Totteridge Golf Course & Community. The Village of Banbury at Totteridge has now expanded to 19 single-family homesites available for new home construction. With many homesites overlooking Holes #3, #4, #7, and #8 of the Rees Jones designed Totteridge Golf Course, the Company plans to offer ranch, story and a half, and two floor single family home packages. Lots may also be purchased by individual buyers, with lot prices starting at $75,000.

The well positioned homesites add to the fastest growing residential community in Westmoreland County. Totteridge residents can enjoy a pool, clubhouse, miles of walking trails, and world-class golf practice facilities and driving range. “Totteridge has seen over 40 unit sales in the past 3 years, and fostering a single-family home section perched on the golf course will further enhance Totteridge as an aspirational community,” says Patrick G. Cendes, President of Real Estate at Totteridge.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
